Plain-language privacy.

The short version: we collect what we need to answer and deliver work, measure the public site with privacy-minimal first-party events, and do not turn your browsing or project brief into an advertising asset.

What we collect

If you send a project brief or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company or website, project details, budget range, timeline and the page or campaign that led you to the form. We only ask for information that helps us understand and respond to the request.

First-party site analytics

On public pages, Kochab may record a short-lived anonymous session ID plus page views and clicks into services, selected work and the project form. We use that to understand which pages lead to real enquiries. We do not store IP addresses, browser user-agent strings or an identity for anonymous browsing, and the tracker respects a browser Do Not Track setting. Admin and private client-log routes are excluded.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to evaluate fit, reply to enquiries, prepare scopes or proposals and operate active projects. Anonymous funnel events help us understand which Kochab pages or campaigns generate useful enquiries. We do not sell personal information or use this data for third-party advertising profiles.

Service providers

Kochab Studio is hosted on Vercel, and enquiry and conversion records are stored in Kochab's server-side Supabase workspace. Scheduling or other embedded tools may process information under their own privacy terms when you choose to use them. We limit the data sent to providers to what is needed for the service.

Storage and retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, project delivery, record-keeping, security or legal obligations. Anonymous funnel events are retained only for business measurement and can be aggregated or removed when no longer useful. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to operate Kochab Studio.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete contact information we hold about you, subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can also choose not to use the project form and contact the studio directly by email. Browsers that send Do Not Track are excluded from Kochab's first-party funnel tracking.
