We keep the public site specific, but every paid engagement still gets its own written scope, price and agreement.

Website information

This site describes Kochab Studio's services, process, selected work and starting prices. It is general information, not a binding project offer. A project becomes binding only through the written scope, commercial terms and agreement accepted for that specific engagement.

Starting prices and estimates

Published prices are starting points unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Final scope, delivery dates, dependencies, change requests and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site guarantees that a project will fit a particular starting price or timeline.

Project ownership

Ownership of code, design files, accounts, third-party licences and other deliverables is governed by the project agreement. Kochab's default operating principle is to keep client code and production accounts under client-controlled repositories and accounts wherever practical.

Case studies and studio work

Named Kochab Labs products are shown as studio-owned or internal work. Private client identities, confidential information and outcomes are not published without permission. Interface or system diagrams may be simplified to explain the work and are labelled as such.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit unlawful, abusive, malicious or deceptive material, probe infrastructure without authorization, or interfere with the service. Automated access should respect published robots rules and reasonable request rates.

Availability and third parties

The site and linked third-party services may change or become unavailable. Kochab Studio is not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party sites simply because this website links to them.
